Travis Holdman founded Holdman Consult and Holdman Law in 2007. His career in banking, over the past 14 years, included serving as
- Board Chairman and CEO of a two-bank holding company with assets of nearly $800 million.
- President and CEO of one of the merged banks, Senior Trust Officer and Board member.

A licensed attorney, Mr. Holdman was a partner in the law firm of Lautzenheiser Myers and Holdman while serving on the bank’s Board of Directors prior to his full-time banking career. He has also served as a Deputy Prosecutor for the State of Indiana and was the founder and Managing Partner of a successful area real estate title insurance company.
Mr. Holdman is active in his community. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Huntington University and is Chairman of the Board for the Huntington University Foundation. He served twelve years on a local YFC Board of Directors and is now on the YFC-USA National Board of Directors.
A member of the Indiana State and Wells County Bar Associations, Mr. Holdman is also an elected County Council member.
He and his wife are active in their local church. They have two adult children. A daughter in Arlington, Virginia and a son, who is a pilot and 2nd Lieutenant is the U.S. Air Force.
Mr. Holdman holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University and a Master of Science degree from the University of St. Francis. He received his undergraduate degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
Appointed by the Governor to serve on the state’s Department of Financial Institutions Member Board he also served as Chairman. Mr. Holdman also served on the Board of Directors of the Community Bankers Association of Indiana and as Chairman. He also served on the Regulatory Review Committee of the Independent Community Bankers of America.
Mr. Holdman is a recipient of and has been named a “Sagamore of the Wabash” by the Governor of the State of Indiana. |
